Booking Request Feedback

Acknowledge the feedback of the Booking Agent

The Booking Request Feedback page shows the outcome of the validation of the shipping line’s booking department.
The client can acknowledge this feedback ‘as seen’.
The acknowledgment of the feedback is not mandatory.
Non-acknowledgment of a booking request feedback does NOT stop its existence.
If the the client does not agree with the changes made by the booking department, he can edit and modify the booking request on the feedback page:
- this is a new change request
- again validation is required by booking department
- again validation feedback of this new validation is published on the Booking Request Feedback page.

Light red	WARNING: value might be incorrect or entry is incomplete
Red	ERROR: required value is missing or value is incorrect
Yellow	You have requested a modification of this value (pending approval).
Orange	The booking agency has modified this value.
Strikethrough	Your request is rejected or you cancelled the request.

Green	The request contains specifics such as temperature or dangerous goods,...
Yellow	The request contains further modifications that are pending approval.
Orange	The booking agency has modified further details of your request.
